Description:  "Harvey W. Scott" was sculpted in 1930 during the same period that Gutzon Borglum was working on Mt. Rushmore. Borglum has created more art displayed in Washington D.C. than any other artist and also designed the flickering flame on the Statue of Liberty's torch.
