Description:  Albedo, derived from the Latin word for whiteness, is a term used to indicate the reflective quality of a surface or celestial body. Using industrial plastic to wrap the underpass of the Pleasant Valley Bridge, the artists created a series of ethereal volumes that reflect ambient light into an often overlooked space.
